Our Story
Sun Kissed Snow was created to bring a little taste of the islands to Upstate New York.
Sun Kissed Snow started with a simple idea: create something fun that our family could build together and share with the community.
We wanted it to feel different from a typical food trailer - something bright, welcoming, and memorable. A trip to Maui- experiencing authentic Hawaiian shave ice for the first time- gave us the inspiration for the perfect way to do just that. It’s colorful, customizable, and just makes people happy.
From choosing the flavors and toppings to designing the trailer and serving at local events, Sun Kissed Snow has truly become a family project. We love seeing kids light up when they pick their colors, families try new combinations, and people come back to see us at the next event.
For us, it’s about more than just shave ice. It’s about creating a fun experience, being part of the community, and giving people a reason to slow down and enjoy something sweet together.
